Gregorian chant (although in North American their books are available

Paraclete Press This press
sells books of chant, such as the Gregorian
Missal used by the Gregorian Schola, of chants in square note neum notation as edited by the Monks of
Solesmes. One of
the books, the Graduale Triplex even has earlier lineless neums.
The press also has books on chant by Dom Cardine and others, and recordings of
chant. (Not an advertisement, just information.)

Chants
for Christmas Day, includes both propers and ordinary. It looks like
you can also hear the chants, but really all that happens is that
the web page can get your CD player to play the appropriate tracks--if you
happen to have the correct CD! (Nice explanations of each chant though.)
NoteWorthy Composer This
is a music composition, playing, and printing program. It uses modern
notation, not neums, but still you could use this to type in music to a chant,
create a MIDI file for people to hear it and print it out in modern
notation for those singers who don't read square
notes. It is shareware. I registered my copy
and have received
great support.
