Definitions of Freedom:
Incompatibilist

P did A freely = P did A and P was free not to do A.

P was free not to do A = It was not determined that P do A. [Incompatibilist]

So,

P did A freely = P did A and it was not determined that P do A.

The compatibilist can accept the initial definition of "freely" above, but does not accept the incompatibilist definition of "free to do."
